Dispatch & Delivery Policies
1. Availability of Goods
In the case where two or more customers are going through check out at the same time ordering the same item, the item will be allocated to the first order received by the vendor. If the item becomes out of stock the second customer will be notified and given the option to cancel their order.
2. Order Conformation
When you place an order with us payment will be taken and you will receive two emails from us, the first an order conformation and the other a 'Thank you you've paid'.
3. Delivery
The shipping of paperbooks books is only available to the United Kingdom unless an arrangement has been made via the contact page. All deliveries are made using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The use of other couriers is possible if required but must be requested via the contact form and additional charges may be entailed. Typically, your order is dispatched the next working day after your order is received.
For items shipped to the United Kingdom please allow 3 - 5 working days for the items to arrive whilst those being sent to other countries may take longer.

Normally DVD's can only be delivered to the following countries however if your country is not listed please contact us.

4. Delivery Charges
The delivery charges are those agreed to when going through checkout.
5. Retention of Title
The title to the goods remain with the vendor until the goods are paid for in full.
6. Distance Selling
In accordance with the distance selling regulations the customer has the right to cancel the order within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the order. The customer is expected to take good care of all items and not use them. Any goods not returned in the 'as new' condition may be refused or may involve extra cost in making the goods in the 'as new'. In order to meet the fourteen day deadline for cancellation, mailing or emailing the cancellation notice with in that time frame is sufficient. Please, always refer to and include the order number. The cancellation must be put in writing using the contact page of this website. When returning non-faulty goods under the distance selling regulations delivery costs may not be refunded. Please note you have no rights under the distance selling regulations if you are a business customer. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of goods being received back to us.
7. Returns
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition. However if on arrival the product is damaged in any way, then customers must inform us, via the contact page on this website, immediately.
8. Payment Options
Various payment options can be chosen at the checkout stage, however all major credit cards and debit card are accepted.
9. Refunds
Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
10. Data Protection
We only use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
11. Force Majeure
While every effort will be made to meet your requirements we shall not be liable for any breach of obligation resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to fires strikes (of its own or other employees) insurrection or riots embargoes container shortages wrecks or delays in transportation inability to obtain supplies and raw materials requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an 'Event of Force Majeure')
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint then please contact us immediately via the contact page of this website or by Phone. All complaints will be acknowledged promptly and will be dealt with fairly and effectively. These terms and conditions don't affect your consumer statutory rights.
13. Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and on this website are correct and accurate. However, it is inevitable that mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, we will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that we have already accepted the Customer's order and/or received payment from the Customer. Our liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of the order. In the case of a manifest error in relation to price, the Customer will be entitled to purchase the goods by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by us after the manifest error has been discovered.
14. General
The colours of objects shown on this website are for guidance only as there may be colour variations due to the digitising process and variations in displays.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.
If any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to make changes to this document at any time. Please check back from time to time to ensure that you are aware of these changes.

15. The Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
